PRIVATE TRANSFER
What a pleasure trip to decide when and where to be picked-up and dropped-off, all at your own convenience.
We have a selection of vehicles to accommodate your comforts. All of our vehicles are new and in excellent condition and fully equipped with air-condition and other services. We also have restrooms on coach as well.
There are 2 channels to make a private reservation:
- Online purchases via website at www.belltravelservice.com
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and a service voucher to confirm your booking which will be sent via the given e-mail within a few minutes sent by ticket@bellticket.com. If you believe that the payment was processed, but you have not received any e-mail confirmations from us within a few minutes, please contact us immediately at reservation@belltravelservice.com and we will gladly check for you.
Either confirmation e-mail or service voucher must be presented to our staff before using our services. - Purchase at one of our ticket counters:
2.1. Bangkok Bell Office – located on Bangna-Trad road km. 1
2.2. Suvarnabhumi Airport – located at Level 1 near Gate Number 8
2.3. Pattaya Bell Office – located at North Pattaya road inside Pattaya Bus Terminal
Types of Vehicles
- Van: Our van is air-conditioned with high ceilings. Maximum capacity is 9 passengers.
- Coach: The coaches are air-conditioned with a restroom on board. Maximum capacity is 38 passengers.
Service Hours
Private transfer service can be operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Service Routes
There are 24 private service routes available.
The fare will be varied according to route and type of vehicle which includes driver, gasoline, toll way, and express way. There might be additional cost due to out of Pick-up/Drop-off zone, late working hours of driver and assistant, if any, and other products if you have selected when booking. There will be a late fee of 500 THB /hour applied before using the service if the actual departure time is delayed 1 hour from the requested pick-up time. If your delay departure falls into late working hours, Bell Travel Service reserves the rights to collect an additional fare before using the service.
Working hours of driver and assistant:
- Normal working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Late working hours are from 17:01 to 07:59.
Notes:
- The private routes that are available for booking via this website are direct transfer from one location to another location without stopping.
- If you prefer to stop for shopping or stop by at any attractions along the way please submit your details in our “Custom Request”. And we will contact you as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions of Private Transfer
- Tickets/bookings can be purchased and arranged via the Bell Travel Service website at www.belltravelservice.com or at the Bell Travel Service Office in Bangkok, in Pattaya or at the Suvarnabhumi Counter on Level 1 near Gate Number 8.
- At the time of purchasing/booking, customers agree to accept Bell Travel Service’s Terms & Conditions.
- The confirmation email or Service Voucher must be presented to our staff prior to traveling with Bell Travel Service.
- Please make sure to input the same name to your hotel check-in name as well so our Bell Travel Service staff can contact you via the hotel’s reception if our staff is unable to find you in the hotel lobby.
- For customers who purchased ticket via the website, you will receive a confirmation email and Service Voucher to confirm your booking via the given e-mail within a day.
It will be sent by ticket@bellticket.com. Please kindly check your Spam or Junk folder as it might be in there.
If you have not received any e-mail confirmations from us within a day, please contact us immediately at reservation@belltravelservice.com and we will gladly check for you.
If you do not contact us, Bell Travel Service is not responsible for any liabilities if you miss your booked service and that ticket will not be refunded. - Flight Number and its ETA and ETD are required for airport pick-up and drop-off.
- Your local mobile phone number (only registered in Thailand) and your e-mail address are also required in case we need to contact you.
- Pick–up time is arranged by you at your convenience.
- This is a direct transfer service with no stops along the way for shopping and/or sightseeing. If you have booked a private booking and would like to stop at any places, please email us in advance at reservation@belltravelservice.com referring to your booking number then we will arrange it for you.
