PRIVATE TRANSFER

What a pleasure trip to decide when and where to be picked-up and dropped-off, all at your own convenience.
We have a selection of vehicles to accommodate your comforts. All of our vehicles are new and in excellent condition and fully equipped with air-condition and other services. We also have restrooms on coach as well.
There are 2 channels to make a private reservation:

  1. Online purchases via website at www.belltravelservice.com
    After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and a service voucher to confirm your booking which will be sent via the given e-mail within a few minutes sent by ticket@bellticket.com. If you believe that the payment was processed, but you have not received any e-mail confirmations from us within a few minutes, please contact us immediately at reservation@belltravelservice.com and we will gladly check for you.
    Either confirmation e-mail or service voucher must be presented to our staff before using our services.
  2. Purchase at one of our ticket counters:
    2.1. Bangkok Bell Office – located on Bangna-Trad road km. 1
    2.2. Suvarnabhumi Airport – located at Level 1 near Gate Number 8
    2.3. Pattaya Bell Office – located at North Pattaya road inside Pattaya Bus Terminal

Types of Vehicles

  1. Van: Our van is air-conditioned with high ceilings. Maximum capacity is 9 passengers.
  2. Coach: The coaches are air-conditioned with a restroom on board. Maximum capacity is 38 passengers.

Service Hours

Private transfer service can be operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service Routes

There are 24 private service routes available.
The fare will be varied according to route and type of vehicle which includes driver, gasoline, toll way, and express way. There might be additional cost due to out of Pick-up/Drop-off zone, late working hours of driver and assistant, if any, and other products if you have selected when booking. There will be a late fee of 500 THB /hour applied before using the service if the actual departure time is delayed 1 hour from the requested pick-up time. If your delay departure falls into late working hours, Bell Travel Service reserves the rights to collect an additional fare before using the service.
Working hours of driver and assistant:

  1. Normal working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00.
  2. Late working hours are from 17:01 to 07:59.
Bangkok – Don Muang Airport
This is a private transfer service from your hotel/meeting point in Bangkok city to Don Muang Airport.

  3. If your flight arrives on time but you show up late from the pick-up time for more than 1 hour, there will be a late fee of THB 500/hour starting from the first late hour. You agree to pay the late fee to our staff upon arrival.
  4. If your flight delays and its actual arrival time falls into late working hours, Bell reserve the right to collect additional fare before using the service.

  1. Our staff will be waiting for you at “Pattaya” counter located on level 1 near Gate no 8. After exit custom (Level 2), you have to take escalator or elevator down to Level 1 and walk toward Gate no 8. Our counter will be between Gate no 7 & 8.
  2. We will monitor your flight but if your flight delays from its departure location more than 2 hours please kindly e-mail or call to notify us. So our staff can arrange a new pick-up for you.
  3. If your flight arrives on time but you show up late from the pick-up time for more than 1 hour, there will be a late fee of THB 500/hour starting from the first late hour. You agree to pay the late fee to our staff upon arrival.

  • The private routes that are available for booking via this website are direct transfer from one location to another location without stopping.
  • If you prefer to stop for shopping or stop by at any attractions along the way please submit your details in our “Custom Request”. And we will contact you as soon as possible.

  1. Tickets/bookings can be purchased and arranged via the Bell Travel Service website at www.belltravelservice.com or at the Bell Travel Service Office in Bangkok, in Pattaya or at the Suvarnabhumi Counter on Level 1 near Gate Number 8.
  2. At the time of purchasing/booking, customers agree to accept Bell Travel Service’s Terms & Conditions.
  3. The confirmation email or Service Voucher must be presented to our staff prior to traveling with Bell Travel Service.
  4. Please make sure to input the same name to your hotel check-in name as well so our Bell Travel Service staff can contact you via the hotel’s reception if our staff is unable to find you in the hotel lobby.
  5. For customers who purchased ticket via the website, you will receive a confirmation email and Service Voucher to confirm your booking via the given e-mail within a day.
    It will be sent by ticket@bellticket.com. Please kindly check your Spam or Junk folder as it might be in there.
    If you have not received any e-mail confirmations from us within a day, please contact us immediately at reservation@belltravelservice.com and we will gladly check for you.
    If you do not contact us, Bell Travel Service is not responsible for any liabilities if you miss your booked service and that ticket will not be refunded.
  6. Flight Number and its ETA and ETD are required for airport pick-up and drop-off.
  7. Your local mobile phone number (only registered in Thailand) and your e-mail address are also required in case we need to contact you.
  8. Pick–up time is arranged by you at your convenience.
  9. This is a direct transfer service with no stops along the way for shopping and/or sightseeing. If you have booked a private booking and would like to stop at any places, please email us in advance at reservation@belltravelservice.com referring to your booking number then we will arrange it for you.

  5. If your flight delays and its actual arrival time falls into late working hours, Bell Travel Service reserves the rights to collect additional fares prior to using our services.
  6. We will monitor your flight but if your flight is delayed more than 2 hours from its departure location please kindly e-mail or call to notify us so that our staff may make the necessary arrangements for picking you up.

  2. Present us your service voucher or confirmation email to confirm your identity.
  3. The request pick-up time should be at least 1 hour after your arrival time so you will have enough time to collect your checked baggage, obtain visa, pass immigration and clear customs.
  4. If you are late for more than 1 hour from your request pick-up time, there will be a late fee of THB 500/hour. It will be collected by our driver upon arrival.

  4. If your cruise delays and its actual arrival time falls into late working hours, Bell Travel Service reserves the rights to collect additional fares prior to using our services.

  3. If you are late for more than 1 hour from your request pick-up time, there will be a late fee of THB 500/hour. It will be collected by our driver upon arrival.
  1. Cancellation can be done at least 7 days prior to service date. However, a 10% of the cancellation fee will be applied. The refund can only be made with the same payment channel.
  2. Cancellation less than 7 days but 1 day (before 5 pm, Thailand time) prior to service date is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellation on the service date is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  4. Amendments of your service date, pick-up time, pick-up location or drop-off location can be done at least 48 hours prior to your original service date.
  1. All baggage must be clearly labeled with the owner's name and destination address.
  2. Bell Travel Service advises that the following items should not be included in baggage. They should be carried and kept with you at all time. We will not accept any liability for damages or loss of these items:
    • Cash and/or cash equivalent;
    • Jewelry, antiques or similar valuable items;
    • Any fragile items (e.g. glassware);
    • Electrical or electronic components (e.g. camera, mobile phone, laptop).
  3.  Bell Travel Service handles passenger baggage with the best possible care. However, a passenger's property is carried entirely at your own risk and Bell Travel Service accepts no responsibility for loss or damages. Passengers are therefore advised to carry travel insurance to insure your property.
  1. For your trip to the airport or the seaport, please make sure that you have planned your pick-up time to cover any unexpected bad traffic along the way, which will result in late arrival at your destination. We are not liable for any missed flights or trips.
  2. Bell Travel Service vehicles are insured for passengers and third party claims as required by Thai laws. All passengers acknowledge and accept Bell Travel Service’s insurance coverage while booking. However, we recommend all passengers to purchase your own travel insurance policy to cover any injuries, losses or damages that might occur at your own expense.
  3. Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted while traveling on Bell Travel Service and/or related company vehicles.
  4. Our staff reserves the rights to not allow intoxicated or misbehaved individuals on board if they feel that these customers will cause any damage to our staff or assets.
  5. We do not supply any baby car seats or child booster seats for your children.
  6. Bell Travel Service will do our best to supply all passengers with optimal comfort and convenience while traveling to your destination. However, Bell Travel Service is not responsible for any liabilities occurring beyond our control, such as accidents causing delays to the vehicle, restricted vehicular access, exceptional or severe weather conditions, compliance with requests of the police, deaths and accidents on the road, unforeseen traffic delays, any actions by third parties, problems caused by other customers, impediments such as being held or delayed by a police officer, government official, or any other circumstances that may affect the passenger’s schedules and safety.
